The location of this place is great, very close to the center, and the host gave us a warm welcome, the apartment met our expectations, and we would definitely return here.

Stayed there for 3 nights, greatly enjoyed it. It was located in a fairly quiet area in the heart of the town. Had a bath. Nothing to complain about, didn't want to leave.

The location instructions could be clearer and Google maps did not accurately lead to the apartment.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver after a long day exploring. The host was also very attentive and checked in on us regularly. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, like a dishwasher and washing machine. It was a hidden gem that we would definitely recommend to others. a great stay.

The high-speed internet worked flawlessly and the location was ideal, just a short walk from St Mark's Square. The host provided excellent communication and even informed us about a local festival with a stunning firework display. we were very impressed and would highly recommend.

This place was mind-blowingly quiet and clean, with a jaw-dropping washing machine! The owner was super attentive, always texting us with helpful information and even giving us his brother's contact in case of any issues. The apartment's location was fantastic, only a short walk to the water bus and St Mark's Piazza, surrounded by amazing restaurants, grocery stores, and a bakery. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, with spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked like a charm. We also loved the gorgeous orchid in the room. We were thrilled with the modern amenities, including the wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and flat-screen TV. Plus, it was great to know that cots were available and that pets were not allowed on the premises. All in all, our stay was excellent and we can't wait to come back!

Free WiFi was a real lifesaver, especially when I needed to quickly upload my oh-so-important selfies. And thank goodness for air conditioning, otherwise I would have melted like a fancy ice cream in Venice's heat.

Because who needs clean towels anyway? It's so much fun to dry yourself with a towel that's seen better days.

This apartment was a wonderful find. It has been recently renovated to a high standard. A double room and a twin bedded room each with plenty of wardrobe space. The large lounge has the kitchen adjoining. The kitchen is very well equipped with new fridge freezer, dishwasher and oven etc. The heating is underfloor with individual zone control. High speed internet works very well. Excellent location for our touring.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
